  • First Load Fee = $7.95
  • Reload fee if reload not added by Direct Deposit - $2.95
  • No monthly Service Charge for Active Card Users w/Direct Deposit 
  • Monthly Service Charge for Active Card Users without Direct Deposit - $3.00
  • Personalized Card mailed out after second reload.
  • Minimum load value - $20.00
  • Maximum load value - $3,000
  • Minimum age to purchase reloadable card is 18.
  • Domestic ATM Cash Withdrawal - $1.50
  • International ATM Cash Withdrawal - $3.00
  • Daily Cash Withdrawal Limit - $500.00
  • Point of Sale PIN Transaction - $.50
  • Check Balance at ATM - $.50
  • Over-the-counter Cash Advance - $5.00
  • Lost/Stolen Replacement Card- $5.00
