Write as many checks as you like. With First Choice Checking, there are no per check charges.

Just a $100 Minimum Balance

No monthly service charges will be assessed to your account if you maintain a minimum balance of $100 or greater. Should your balance drop below $100, an $8 monthly service charge will be assessed to your account.

Personalized Checks

When you open a First Choice Checking account with us, your first order of select checks are free. Additional orders will be your responsibility.

We have a large selection of checks to choose from. Cost of checks depends on the style and design of checks selected.

Monthly Bank Statements with an Image of Canceled Checks

A formal bank statement reflecting your account activity will be mailed to you each month. An image of your canceled checks will be included.

Free Notary Service

Use our notary service at no charge. We'll be happy to notorize your official documents.

Free Automatic Funds Transfers

We can transfer funds from your account to make monthly loan payments or just transfer funds to another account of your choice. Transfers can be daily, weekly or monthly. No initial set up charge or transaction fees.

Drive-in/Night Deposit Service

We have five convenient night depository locations for your after hours deposits or loan payments. All First State Bank & Trust Company, Inc. locations have a night depository located in the first drive-in lane. Security lights and surveillance cameras are installed for your protection.

Direct Deposit

Have your paycheck, Social Security, and Supplemental Security Income payments sent directly to your account with Direct Deposit. Many employers are now using Direct Deposit to pay their employees. There are no initial set up fees or transaction fees for Direct Deposit.

ATMs Available 24 Hours

We have 7 convenient locations to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no transaction fees when you use our convenient ATMs.

ATM Card

Use your ATM card to access cash in your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at many locations in the U.S. Just look for the Pulse or Plus logos. Use your ATM card to purchase gas and make purchases at any merchant that accepts Interlink transactions. Just look for the Interlink logo. ATM cards are subject to credit approval.

Visa® Debit Card

The Visa® Debit Card gives you a faster, more economical, more convenient way to buy the products and services you need. That's because it allows you to withdraw funds from your checking account without ever having to write a check. You can purchase groceries, gas, anything else where Visa® is accepted. Plus, the Visa® Debit Card performs all the functions of an ATM card. Visa® Debit Cards are subject to credit approval.

MasterCard® ™ or Visa® ™

Choose from the two most widely used credit cards - MasterCard® and Visa®. Accepted at over 3.4 million outlets in the world, they can also be used for cash advances from our ATM and at CIRRUS ™ & Plus locations nationwide. A separate qualified application is required.
