Lost or Stolen Debit Cards

FSBT Bank Routing Number

A bank's routing number is a nine-digit code based on the U.S. bank location. It is specific to your bank and along with your account number provides a unique number for your account. FSBT's routing number is 081517907 and can be found printed on the left side bottom of your checks.

How does FSBT protect my accounts from internet fraud?
Our services use the latest Internet security technology, including secure communications (SSL), firewalls, encryption and operating systems which have been designed to provide maximum security. Learn more about FSBT's Internet security by clicking here.

We strongly recommend before you sign up for Digital Banking or engage in any online transaction, make sure you have an antivirus protection installed on your computer and it is up-to-date with the latest version and virus definitions. Avast and AVG offer free antivirus software you can download and install on your Windows machine. Sophos has free antivirus protection available for Apple’s Mac computers.

DIGITAL BANKING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Do I need extra software or hardware to use Digital Banking?
No extra software is necessary. You will need internet access, including a personal email address. You will also need an Internet browser that supports secure communication. Digital Banking is viewed best with Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 9 and above, Firefox versions 20 and above and Safari 5.1.7 and above. We do not recommend Opera. Attention XP customers - XP does not support Internet Explorer 9 or above. If you are still using this operating system, you will need to use Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer version 8 is not a supported browser. Therefore, Digial Banking may not render correctly or print. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8 or greater to view your statements. You can download the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader free of charge at www.adobe.com.

To check if your browser accepts cookies, follow these steps:
For Internet Explorer 9 and above
  • Select Tools from the menu bar.
  • Select Internet Options.
  • Click the Privacy tab.
  • Under Settings, set the bar to medium or medium-high. You will see a description of each setting regarding cookies.
  • Click Apply then OK.
  • Close the browser, and reopen it.

For Firefox
  • Select Tools from the menu bar.
  • Select Options.
  • Click on the Privacy tab.
  • Check Accept Cookies From Sites.
  • Click OK.

For Safari (Apple native browser) on Macs
  • Select Safari in the upper left-hand menu bar.
  • Click on Preferences.
  • Click on the Privacy tab.
  • Click Accept Third Party Cookies.

What are the requirements for enrolling in FSBT 1View Digital Banking service?
NON-BANK CUSTOMERS: You need an existing account at FSBT. If you are not an existing customer, click here to fill out an application. Certain time restrictions between opening an account and signing up for Online Banking may apply. New account applications will need to be completed and returned to one of our six branches. BANK CUSTOMERS: If you are already a customer, learn more about signing up for 1View Digital Banking by clicking here.

BUSINESS BANK CUSTOMERS:
If you already have a business account with us, please call us at (800) 877-3728 for more information or come in to see one of our Customer Service Representatives and sign up for Online Banking Cash Management.

What type of accounts can I access with FSBT online banking?
Once you have enrolled, you can access any deposit account and loan account you have with us.

Can I access accounts from both home and work?
Yes, you can access your accounts from any PC with Internet access and an Internet browser that supports secure communication. You should confirm that you are not violating any workplace policies if you access your account from work and that the system is private (not shared).

Can I view my cleared checks and deposit slips online?
Yes, you can view the front and back of all checks cleared on your account, plus deposit slips. To view your check images, follow these easy steps:
  1. Sign in to 1View Digital Banking.
  2. From the drop-down box next to the account you want, select Transactions.
  3. Click the check number link next to the check or deposit you would like to view.

Can I transfer funds between my accounts?
Yes, you can transfer funds from any qualifying FSBT account(s) which you are an owner to any other qualifying account(s) at FSBT (even if you are not an owner but are listed on the account). For example, you can transfer funds from your FSBT account to your child's account at FSBT. If you have a loan with us, you can also perform a transfer from a qualifying account to make your loan payment.

How long after I apply can I start using 1View Digital Banking?
If you successfully complete all the steps to enroll in 1View, you can begin using Digital Banking right away. If there are any steps that are not complete, or you are unable to use Digital Banking right away, please call us at (800) 877-3728 so we can assist you.

Forgot your 1View Digital Banking ID?
If you do not remember your Digital Banking ID, you can call us at (800) 877-3728.

Change your Digital Banking ID to an Alias
You can create an easy-to-remember alias for your Digital Banking ID (e.g., Daisy instead of 8007XXXXXXXX). To change your Digital Banking ID, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to Digital Banking.
  2. Click the Options tab.
  3. Under Modify Login Information, enter a new Digital Banking ID (must be at least four characters or numbers long), then click Submit.
Set up your password reset question and answer
In order to reset your 1View Digital Banking password online, you need to set up your personal password reset question and answer in your 1View account. To set this up, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to 1View.
  2. Click the Options tab.
  3. Under Modify Personal Settings create a password reset question and answer. We strongly recommend you choose a simple but unique question that only you can answer. The answer should be one word. Please do not use any personally identifiable information such as mother’s maiden name. Someone else may be able to figure out these questions if they were to get a hold of your Digital Banking ID and try to reset your password without your knowledge.
Forgot your password?
If you have already set up your password reset question and answer in Digital Banking under Options, then click on the Password Reset link and follow the instructions. If you have not yet set up your password reset question and answer in Digital Banking, please call us at (800) 877-3728, and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to 1View.
  2. Click the Options tab
  3. Under Modify Login Information enter your current password, enter your new password, re-enter your new password then click Submit.
Why does my session expire? Why do I have to sign in again?
To prevent unauthorized use of your accounts and prevent others from viewing your information, FSBT automatically signs off your Digital Banking session after a brief period of inactivity.

Sometimes when I try to sign in, the ID and password boxes reset to blank fields, but I do not receive any error messages. What is the problem?
Your browser may not be set up to accept cookies. Please note that Digital Banking requires the use of Cookies under Digital Banking System Requirements, and follow the steps based on your type of browser.

How do I sign up for eStatements?
Consumer Accounts: To view your monthly statements online, you must first enroll in 1View. To add eStatements to your existing Digital Banking account:
  1. Sign in to 1View.
  2. Click on the eDocuments tab.
  3. Follow the instructions to enroll. If you are having trouble with the enrollment process, please call us at (800) 877-3728.
Cash Management Accounts: Only the administrator of the account can see the eDocuments tab and follow the enrollment instructions. If you are an administrator and want to add users to view the eDocuments tab, you will have to call us at (800) 877-3728 for assistance.

How long do I have to have Digital Banking before I can sign up for eStatements?
Your Digital Banking ID must be established in our system for at least 24 hours before your request for eStatements can be processed. After that, on the next statement cycle, you should receive your statement electronically. If you are unsure if you have eStatements, log in to Digital Banking and check to see if you have the eDocuments tab. If you see that tab, then you are enrolled for eStatements. If you do not see that tab, then you are not enrolled. If you have enrolled but are not seeing the tab, please call us at (800) 877-3728 so we can assist you.

How long is my account activity available?
The service will accumulate and store up to 90 days of activity. If you sign up for electronic statements, they are available for 18 months.

How do I sign up for Bill Pay?
To pay your bills online, you must first enroll in Online Banking. To add Bill Pay to your existing Online Banking account:
  1. Sign in to 1View.
  2. Click the Bill Pay tab.
  3. Click Enroll.
  4. Follow all the instructions. If you are having trouble completing the enrollment process, please call us at (800) 877-3728.

FSBT's Digital BANKING PRODUCTS

What do I need to use 1View?
  • Your cell phone must be able to access an internet web browser.
  • Your cell phone’s web browser must be able to handle 256-bit encryption.
  • Information such as payees or account numbers may appear truncated on the screen of your phone.
  • You must be enrolled in Bill Pay in order to use this function.
  • All transfer and Bill Pay payees must be set up in Electronic Banking/Digital Banking prior to making payments or transfers in 1View.
  • All the terms and conditions applicable to Electronic Banking/Digital Banking apply to 1View.
  • Transactions done using 1View are considered data transfers, so check with your cell phone provider about data transfer charges.
  • When accessing 1View for the first time, you will be asked one or more of your challenge questions before getting in.
  • Your Digital Banking watermark will be visible on 1View’s Enter Password screen. If it is not the correct picture, STOP. Do not proceed further. Call us immediately at (800) 877-3728 for assistance.

Do you have a mobile banking app for iPhones?
Yes, we have a mobile banking app for iPhones with iOS 4 or newer. From your home computer that has iTunes installed, you can download the app from here. Or you can download our app straight from the Apple App Store by searching for “fsbt1View” or clicking here.

I cannot log on to the iPhone app using my iPhone.
Confirm that your phone is able to connect to the internet. If you are unable to reach any websites on your mobile browser, then most likely your internet is down. Also check to see if you are running iOS 4 or later. Earlier versions of iOS will not work with the iPhone app.

If you receive SESSION ERROR, PLEASE LOG IN AGAIN, or if you enter your username and password, but then you are redirected to a blank log-in screen, your iPhone may not be accepting cookies. Change Settings to Allow Cookies and Enable/Allow Java Scripting. To do this, click on the Settings app, scroll down and click on Safari. Under Privacy, change Accept Cookies to either From Visited or Always.
