Images submitted for custom photo designs must meet the following qualifications:
- Pictures are subject to our approval. No obscenity, nudity or inappropriate behavior of any kind is allowed. Pictures that include a logo, copyright image or brand cannot be used.
- Pictures may be brought in to a branch to be scanned or emailed to ebp@fsbtrust.com. Please do not include your account number when emailing the picture.
- Electronic version of pictures must be large enough to fit on the card. Ideally the picture should be at least 150 DPI.
- The bank may have to adjust the color, contrast and brightness of the picture in order for it to print the card.
- Please allow up to five business days for your customized card to be printed.

Lost or Stolen Debit Cards
To report a lost or stolen debit card after bank hours, please call (866) 546-8273 in the US, (206) 352-4990 outside of the US. During normal banking hours, please call (800) 877-3728.
Debit cards typically replaced within the same business day.2 Fees may apply.
1Stock designs are not available for business debit cards. If your card is lost or damaged, replacement cards are available for just $5.00.
2 Debit card orders for FSBT’s Charleston location will be fulfilled in Sikeston and delivered within one business day.
